About this album

To Plant a Seed is the debut studio album by American band We Came As Romans from Troy, Michigan. The album was released on November 3, 2009 through EQUAL VISION RECORDS, and was produced by Joey Sturgis. Artwork was done by Paul Romano. The album contains re-recordings of tracks Dreams and Intentions, from their previous Dreams EP.

The lyrical themes featured on To Plant a Seed are intended to spread a positive message. Producer, Sturgis states that “when people hear the album, they might not change the way they think or the way they act right now, but hopefully we’ve planted that ‘seed’, that thought of love, and it can grow.”
