I was kinda critical of the new album when it came out, but it grew on me a lot. Wow. This new record is seriously addicting. [2]

I really like the new record although it follows the path of listen & forgive. Miss the hardcore-influences they once had. For me Keep This To Yourself will probably remain the favourite.

@appetite4 i don't that's what he was trying to say. it just resonated when he heard that song, i don't see how that was a dumb question.

@OfExistence That has to be the dumbest question I've heard all week. It's not like they're predicting the bombing through that song, or any song, just so happened they released an album inspired by their home city in parts then someone bombed it. It's a great song and I cannot make any sort of eerie connection to the bombings.

hey anyone else find it awfully weird that they just put Weathered Souls out and the boston tragedy occurred? i'm not saying there's any correlation because transit are obviously from boston but "The beating hearts on the north shore of Boston, grow up, go on, but don't be forgotten" that's a little fucking eerie if you ask me

the new album is pretty great. i'm going to miss the twinkle daddies sound from listen & forgive, but YNE is really damn good too.

i wanted them to turn into twinkle daddies [3] Though I love YNE, Twinkle Daddies Transit would be the best Transit.

i wanted them to turn into twinkle daddies [2] My thoughts exactly, Young New England went the exact opposite way.

And come on, were we really expecting them to get more hardcore after Listen and Forgive? NOPE.

I really don't understand the disappointment of the new album. It's a folkier experience that fits the mood of spring in Boston pretty well. The Weakerthans / Gaslight Anthem influence is a great direction for the band.

my experience so far: st listen: man this is disappointing.... few more listens: oh okay warming up to it...after listening to the new FOB and Paramore record: young new england fucking rules..almost as good as the new TSSF :D
