Its hard t know when peole are being sarcastic because chanes are they are sarcastic ie 4chan meme phrases "umadbro" you can ask that in a genuine cool way or copy the terms used in memes, it would help if people like you bobo spell it out "i agree with you" but whatever. If you feel there's a lot of emotions, why not use emotional or something similar? I listen to a lot of quite emotional rap and black metal (well, there's also depressive suicidal black metal). If it's acoustic stuff... acoustic. And if it is Emocore, use emocore. Maybe this tag is for the clothing style?
