“New Fang” is the debut single by Los Angeles based hard rock supergroup Them Crooked Vultures. It was the first track the band worked on. “New Fang” was released as the first single from the band’s self-titled debut album (2009). The single was released to radio on October 26, 2009. The song, as performed by the band during a New York concert on October 15, 2009, was described by New York Times writer Nate Chinen as one of the band’s “more buoyant tunes, hint at Southern boogie rock.”
