1. Silence is an electro artist from Belgium. He distribute his album for free under the license Creative Commons and Free Art License. Everybody can download his music for free on Jamendo, and in flac on this site.

2. Silence the Slovenian band was formed in 1992 by Boris Benko, Matjaz Ferenc and Primoz Hladnik. Their debut album is released in 1997 - Ma Non Troppo. Slovenian newspapers have classed their album “Unlike a Virgin” (their second album) as “one of the most important Slovenian albums of 2000”. Their last album is “Key Silence” [2006] a 2CD anthology/rarities collection.

For those of you here complaining about metalcore, I don't know, but if you want actual good metal, from a band called silence, I recommend you check out the american thrash metal band's album "vision." It's slayer esque thrash metal and it really kicks ass. Kudos to all you true metal fans /m//m/

God. If I end up listening to that underground thrash metal band enough that it becomes one of my top listens, I'm going to have to stand having (what appears to be) a metalcore band as my top plays. Fuck that shit.
