Deathcore

Deathcore is an amalgamation of two musical styles: metalcore and death metal. Less melodic than Metalcore (except for melodic deathcore) but more brutal (especially brutal deathcore), Deathcore is heavily influenced by death metal and metalcore (and oftenly grindcore) in its brutal speed, heaviness, and approach to chromatic, heavily palm muted riffing and dissonance. I have a question. Why is deathcore considered "untrue" and why do so many scene kids like it? I thought scene kids listened to other music (like MCR). I personally don't listen to Deathcore or Death Metal and I dislike some of the American trends these days where the bands "just want their crowd to mosh". I dislike the whole idea behind moshpits, it just brings the Metal scene down, and makes gateway for more critizism from society(as if there wasnt already enough). Im very interested to know, as I consider Deathcore to be a very extreme music genre and its not really "accesible" to most newcomers.
