Psychill

Psychill, also known as psybient or psychedelic ambient, originated as a sub-genre to psytrance. The first psychill tracks appeared as the compulsory “chill out” tracks at the end of Goa trance albums and compilations. Psychill originated, like psytrance, in the smallest state in India, Goa. Because of the heat, humidity, and dust in Goa, the birthplace of Goa trance, DJs tended to use cassette tapes or DATs instead of vinyl records. Read more…|Edit this Artist photo: Elve
