The Last Resort is the debut album by the Danish electronic musician Trentemøller. It was released in October 9, 2006. There was a limited edition which included a bonus disc. Resident Advisor—an online magazine with a focus on electronic music—named The Last Resort as the 5th best album of 2006. They also named it the 28th best album of the decade. Trentemøller made his debut in 1997 together with DJ T.O.M. when they formed the first live- act in Denmark, Trigbag, and started playing concerts all over the globe.
