This is a seriously underrated song. I do like "Within You Without You", it's a purely Hindustani composition and beautiful for that... but I think "Love You To" is slightly more innovative, because it uses the sitar in a bluesy rock fashion. It's a melding of the standard rock form with an entire raga, which makes for a complex sound and keeps it from being some Orientalist, 'raga rock' caricature. Also, the lyrics are classic Harrison, wry and pointed. Seriously, I cannot express my love for this song enough.
