The band is indeed no more. According to bassist Shawn Dailey's wiki page: "RKK entered the studio in 2007 to record the follow up album with super producer, Michael Beinhorn( Red Hot Chili Peppers, Hole, Soundgarden). Beinhorn brought in Jack Irons( Red Hot Chili Peppers, Pearl Jam, The Wallflowers) to track drums. The band also hired Fisherspooner guitarist, Sam Kearney to round out the line-up. After trouble in the studio, line-up changes and label issues. The group attempted to finish the record with producer, Jeff Saltzman( The Killers, Fisherspooner) to no avail. The band was done. The record was never released."

Shame they never did anything after the first album. I got the impression from their myspace page back in the day that they had worked on a 2nd album but the label didnt like it.

Not only are they long gone and most surely never coming back, there's shockingly little info on the web. Too bad, I'll bet they sold a decent amount of copies of that debut album, by Indie Standards. Of course that was well over 6 years ago now.

Love these guys and all, but shouldn't bands / artists use 'cover' in the title of their songs — seems a little like taking credit for the original.

Great band. I heard Paralyzed a looong time ago, and never found out who sang it until now. I always thought it was Finger Eleven.
