not my idea of technical or complex, more like middle of the road

It is technical, though; whether you think it's silly is an opinion and I'm fine with that. Don't really see how MBV are hipster, though; that's such a boring insult to anything people don't like these days without understanding what it even means. Either way, I really enjoy the first two albums from the band whos shoutbox I'm now posting in.

Well, to be fair seems like an inappropriate way to preface your own personal opinion and tastes (oh but you're being fair of course). You guys are just uncool, that's all.

Well, to be fair My Bloody Valentine are extremely overrated (I do love me some shoegaze though e.g. Cocteau Twins, Slowdive, Deerhunter etc.) Protest The Hero >>>>>>>>> My Bloody Valentine. [4]

If that's your idea of witty repartee, I'd suggest looking into the general equivalency diplomacy!

Only the most butthurt are quick to mistake a separate argument for an ad hominen. It's true, though, I played with his emotions and now he cannot think straight, but what can I say I got lost in the game! NOTHING PERSONAL.

V fears being trolled b/c his sense of self-worth is based on believing he is "un-trollable"--i.e. boring person with no real interests.

No one really believes your rather abnormal concern with metalheads misbehaving stemmed from casual observations. You know, ElectricBulb, I must hand it to you-- you were doing quite well until I tore you a new one.

That don't suggest anything of the sort. It's pointing out what I've witnessed metalheads do to others.

Why Metal Heads are Stupid. The title seems to suggest you were previously abused by metalheads and tried to rationalize your emotions in the following way: "it's not my fault they made fun of me, they did it because they're stupid". Then you go on to justify why they're stupid without realizing that that may never have been the reason... Lol you're so self-absorbed.
