Biography
Mozez’ first major break came in 1996 as part of the up-tempo
vocal house duo Spirits, with hits “Don’t Bring Me Down” and
“Spirit Inside”. He was recruited as the lead singer for British
group Zero7, and worked on the band’s first two albums, ‘Simple
Things’ and ‘When It Falls’.
He has built a worldwide following as a solo artist and producer
since 2005, touring and recording with his own band.
His debut solo album ‘So Still’ was released in October 2005, a soulful
album that featured collaborations with Madonna’s producer

Guy Sigsworth, Nightmares on Wax and Henry Binns of
Zero7. His works have been used for soundtracks on films and TV
series such as Running for Time and CSI Miami.
In 2011 he released a re-mix album entitled ‘Time Out’. More recently,
he has established his own record company, Numen Records, and is
producing a stable of new artists on the label.
“Wings” is the latest single from Mozez, a perfect fusion of soul
and electronica, taken from his forthcoming album ‘The Absolute’.
Due for release on 6th November 2012, ‘The Absolute’ is his most
sophisticated work to date and will appeal to a wide-ranging
audience.
Mozez has created what is arguably one of the most musically innovative
and beautifully produced albums heard in years. Unlike
many other contemporary artists, his musical style defies easy
categorization and yet it strikes an instant appeal with a variety
of listeners.
