1) a blue-eyed soul motown diva still beloved to Motown and northern soul fans. Among several singles her biggest and best-remembered is “Love’s Gone Bad” written by the powerhouse hit-maker trio Holland-Dozier-Holland; it peaked on Billboard’s R&B charts in 1966.
