Biography

Colorado, United States (2007 – present)

Trypno is an American electronic music creator from Colorado. His styles vary from chilled out ambient pieces, to mind bending psychedelic pieces. He currently has three albums in the works, Trypnociety, Trypnotech, and The Trypno Experiments(an album which must be listened to exclusively with headphones). At the moment he creates and publishes the music himself as he is unsigned. He started creating electronic music back in 2004. However none of that music is available in any form.

The man that is Jeff Bender didn’t think of the name Trypno until 3 years later. The word, Trypno, is formed by combining the adjective trippy, with the nouns techno and trance, and is actually a shortened anagram of the three. When one pronounces the word, simply pronounce the y as an i, i.e. (Trip-no).

The music that is now available was first created in late 2006 under his actual name. In 2007 He came up with the name Trypno and began uploading his music to the internet. He released his music from 2006 under that name as well.

In 2008 Trypnociety was officially released in its entirety for free download on Last.fm

The entirety of his music catalogue will be released at a later time.

Trypno is an outspoken and active political activist, speaking out as an advocate of such issues as the 9/11 Truth Movement, We Are Change, Restore The Republic, Antifascist/Anti-Rascist Action, and Constitutionalism. He can occasionally be seen playing didgeridoo or djembe live with The Gaia Experiment, Parvata, and Ryan Trueheart in Manitou Springs, Colorado
