C3NTAURI0N or c3ntauri0n (C3) formally known as Screamer05, his true name is Sam Wood. Sam hails from Manchester, UK and, at the age of 17, has produced over 160 tracks since 2006. His total also happens to include 4 collaborations, 3 with DJ-Powestorm and 1 with PSYCHO92.
He has been known to have produced his music to a variety of different styles and has been through many styles of music, which range from Ambient (such as: ‘The age of Time’) to Psytrance (such as: ‘Harmony Distorted). He ever changes his style of music but tends to keep towards a progressional style of music (Progressional being a build up of sounds over the track). Although House is proving to be his strongest point. Other styles of music appear to be moving in a similar method to greatness such as his Dance works and to a lesser extent his Trance and Ambient works.
Over the 2 years Sam’s respect as an artist started to build up after launching ‘Acid House’ since then he became a pinicle of House in the Newgrounds Audio Portal. He then went on to produce ‘Stay or Go’ and ‘Send Down & Off’ which were his other 2 successful pieces before he moved on to other styles. His latest House track ‘Dusty’ went down well for a bit.
His music has been seen in a variety of Flash animations and games.
On July 17 2008, he was put onto the reformed Underdog list for Audio on Newgrounds. He is on list 5.
