  • what the tourists are so grrrrrrrrrrrrrrreat
  • no shouts in over two years. so fucked up.
  • OK, now THAT'S the Tourists I know and love.
  • Are they really on tour %) ?
  • who is this band pictured? it's definitely not the power pop Tourists I know and love!
  • I finally found Luminous Basement again after looking for a long time. So good.
  • It's relevant because they are thought of differently. They aren't some obscuro flameout that hipsters like, they are "the band that led to the Eurythmics." That may not make any difference to individual listeners (such as you or I), but it can make a big difference in their cultural currency.
  • i don't see how that's relevant. i've liked a lot of bands that were formed (and broke up) before its members went on to form more popular (and rubbish) bands. the fact that the music that they currently make sucks, doesn't make me like their old stuff any less.
  • I concur 100%
  • Criminally overlooked.
