i never really went to this band for technicality or true chaotic hardcore side. pretty much all of their albums besides Anonymous ring hollow to me. i can understand the appeal to the others. Our Oceania was pretty eclectic. and MYOH had a lot of drive behind it. But nothing seems to match up with the passion behind Anon. maybe I just relate to the lyricism too much, or just haven't given the others enough time to grow on me, but I fucking love Anonymous as much as everyone hates it.

@DesunotoK: I'm not a genre nazi but I actually find Stray really hard to categorize. The first time I listened to them they reminded me of O God The Aftermath-era Norma Jean and that's another one that's hard to pin down to just one genre

@darkpassenger - People like to blow things out of proportion. They had a few riffs that sounded like Rage Against The Machine and now people make them out to be "THE BIGGEST RATM RIP-OFF IN THE ENTIRE WORLD". Obviously completely wrong, but people wouldn't have something to complain about otherwise.

I don't feel very much about the stuff they wrote with Drew on vox, though Villains was okay. In my opinion, the first three records were the best and Our Oceania is the goddamn masterpiece. Gets me every time I listen to it.

That dude is such a good vocalist. He sounds so good not as good as Parkway Drive's Winston. But wow he is good.
