Biography
Special Needs were formed in 1999 by Daniel Shack, Zachery Stephenson, Philip James and Andrew Pearson, later joined by drummer Neil Allan.
Signed to Poptones in 2004 and later Mercury, the band broke up at the end of 2005. Their album ‘Funfairs & Heartbreak’ was ‘posthumously’ released in 2007 by Re-Action Records.
The band reformed in 2011 with Nicholas Bukowski replacing Allan who moved back to Scotland and are currently gigging and writing new material.
