Biography
Never Take Me Alive, which was a top 20 hit in 1987.They had (and still have) a cult following and they have produced eleven studio albums, notably ‘One Eyed Jacks’ and ‘World Service’. They still tour today and the studio album, Loadestone, has been very well received. It includes a remarkable cover of the Joy Division track, Transmission.
Kirk Brandon toured with original members of Theatre of Hate in April 2007, and a reissued version of the Westworld album is due to be released with several newly recorded tracks.
S.O.D.’s ‘Imperial Prototype’ was released towards the end of 2007 and saw the band return to form. They embarked on a Singles tour in 2008, and included Adrian Portas (New Model Army / Sex Gang Children) and Craig Adams (ex- The Sisters of Mercy / The Mission).
Early November 2010 a new album was released Omega Point.

I always preferred Theatre of Hate. However, The Grapes of Wrath and One Eyed Jacks were two cracking albums. Definitely SOD's high point.
