  • Smokey is a lyrical genius. He has one of the smoothest falsetto's in music and the Miracles provide some of the best vocals. They are just as smooth as Smokey in the background. Claudette Robinson provides a important softness to the background harmonies. Just perfect especially on "Here I Go Again".
