Biography

San Francisco-based pop group who split up prior to their only release: the Summer Days Are Forever EP on Shelflife (1998). Brent Kenji and Jen Cohen later formed Uni and then The Fairways together with Skypark guitarist Andrew Leavitt. Kenji and Leavitt now make music as Clay Hips. Skypark has been extremely influential for e.g. Swedish band Aerospace (who have a song called “Summer Days Are Forever”). Some say their only ep is the best release on Shelflife.

There must be two Skyparks out there - I'm listening to the late '90s SF/Berkeley indie pop band on Shelflife; they only ever released a handful of songs and were not Christian, to the best of my knowledge.
