Brand New Eyes is the third studio album by American alternative rock band Paramore, released through Fueled by Ramen on September 29, 2009, in the United States and Canada. The album was produced by Rob Cavallo and recorded in Hidden Hills, California from January to March, 2009.[11] It topped the charts in many countries across the world including Australia, New Zealand, Ireland and the United Kingdom, making it the band’s most successful album to date.

    Musically, I love it, and the lyrics are fascinating: the whole album is a story about her breakup with Josh, and the anger associated with those tensions. It's a very bitter album, though: she had to choose between her authority figures (parents, managers) over her closest friends (Josh and Zac). What a terrible dilemma, and I expect some day she'll recognize it was a terrible decision. Paramore is a broken band now, make no mistake about it...
