Omnia was formed as early as 1996. Prime bandmembers were Steve Evans-van der Harten (flutes, percussion, bouzouki, vocals) and Luka Aubri-Krieger (didgeridoo, slideridoo, vocals). In 2002 Jennifer Evans-van der Harten joined in, adding harp, hurdy-gurdy, piano and bodhrán. Later Joe Hennon joined, in 2005, adding acoustic DADGAD guitar. In 2008, Mich Rozek (drums) joined, leaving the band after they finished their dvd. Latest members Tom Spaan (drums) and Yoast VanEs (guitar, mandolin, violin, banjo) joined Omnia in 2009.

Omnia has played a variety of Fantasy Gothic, Folk and Medieval festivals in Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, UK, Switzerland, Austria and Hungary. They’re hosts at Castlefest, a Celtic/medieval/fantasy/gothic/folk festival at castle Keukenhof in Lisse, Netherlands. They sing in English, Gaelic, Breton, Finnish, German, Latin and Hindi.
