Dat Terminal Illusions opening. Gives me a sense of impending doom followed by the actual guitar work itself. Shiiiit.

destroy erase improve is a classic. future breed machine plays even in the underground discos. probably the most well known meshuggah song. overall it's a delightful experience full of adrenaline induced riffs with a jazzy vibe and crazy solos that redefined meshuggah's sound.

Kidman described the album cover: "The title fits the pictures we cut out and stole from reference books in the library."

I've been underrating this album for a long time: it's really, really good, way better than I thought it was.

Cool album cover. It's a representation of their paradoxical concepts, no?
