Additional information: Brain confirmed that he worked on "I.R.S.". A New York radio station played the song in August, 2003, when Baseball player Mike Piazza of the New York Mets stopped by. Piazza got a cd in his fanmail that said "Guns N' Roses - I.R.S." When invited to the show, he brought the CD with him. A radio taped version later appeared on the internet. This song is on the album "Chinese Democracy".
