I'm a Weathervanes fanboy but Diluvia is pretty rad. They kept the same songwriting style.

I *want* to like Diluvia, I really do. But compared to Weathervanes, it really doesn't hold up.

Spitting Image is my favorite song on Diluvia without a doubt.

In regards to anyone who has a physical copy of the album, anyone else notice how 3 tracks sound like they're supposed to run together into the next song but it stops and pauses like it would on a burned cd. I'm referring to track 3 into 4, 6 into 7, and 9 into 10. Noticed that since when i bought it and it doesn't sound like it was supposed to end up that way, lol

Just heard the top track (Generator ^ First Floor) for the first time. Immediately felt like the music is so original, just hooks you with excitement that you found another band that doesn't try to sound like the rest. Getting the album now!

diluvia is an amazing grower... don't give up on it until you've had a solid 5 listens... at that point you won't be able to stop

i love this band and i'm absolutely obsessed with weathervanes but this new album... just doesnt compare for me... so bummed... i understand why people like diluvia but it's just like they took their sound on weathervanes and took out all the things that made it so likeable and fun for me =(
