"She's My Winona" is the third song on Fall Out Boy’s sixth album, “Folie a Deux.” The title of the song is most likely a reference to one of two things. Firstly, Winona County is a region in Minnesota. The second (and likelier) reference is to Winona Ryder, an actress which was very popular in the 90s. In a video interview lyricist Pete Wentz told the New Musical Express cryptically that “people can read what they like into certain things, so I guess Winona could be anyone for you, Winona for me is reality but I’m my own Winona.”
