Writtenand produced by Ron Dunbar This was a project she had with Epic records under bill creig. Ron did 2 sides on her. Man of words was the single release You made a beleiver out of me" was the b-side. Rudy Robinson did the arrangement and Eli Fontain did the sax solo both Rudy and Eli are deceased. This was a story about a man who had a smooth conversation intellect ,but short on love action .She admires his words but wants to get it on. She likes plenty of action. should of been a hit . In view of Bette's recent success could be a monster . especially with northern soul.
