This version of Dirt is currently an Apple Music exclusive. Dirt (Remastered) is the renamed version of what was (and still is on every other streaming platform) the 2022 remaster of the album (see Dirt (2022 Remaster) for reference).
Apple Music would end up updating the album to the simpler title of "Dirt (Remastered)" and the entire tracklist would be changed to their original titles (tracks like Untitled (2022 Remaster) would be renamed to Iron Gland).
As for other streaming platforms, this change has yet to happen. As to whether it will happen or not has not been disclosed yet.
