I really enjoyed myself. It seemed a shame that Andy was off-song when it came to the solos, but Stuart more than made up for it. The drummer's drummer, said Sting. How true. Sting's voice is still so good it knocks his son's into a cocked hat! Maxïmo Park rocked and should have got a better reception. I couldn't hear Duncan's guitar either, Darren, but they still sounded great! I'm so g

Agreed on 'Every Little Thing...', all the singalong's were great fun and I was chuffed that they played 'Truth Hits Everybody'! My faves of the night though were 'Invisible Sun' (so atmospheric) and 'So Lonely'...what an encore! Maximo Park were fantastic though I could barely hear the guitar. On the tube ride afterwards I met Grant Nicholas from Feeder, he'd been to the gig too! What a night!

Their last concert they did very very well 3 days ago and until now I have only read positive reactions. Being there was fantastic, my first Police concert, so I have no live experience to compare, but they played very clean and powerful. You attenders can look forward to a Saturday evening with lots of great liveperformance. I wish they get London as they got Århus!!

I'd love to see The Police (even more so now the awesome Maximo Park are on the bill) but the ticket prices are a complete piss-take!! Just a rip off. Anyway, The Police are one of those bands that you needed to see when they were young and vibrant and in a VERY small gig. Makes me glad I've seen the likes of Maximo/Art Brut at the small places...

I don't care how old they are or how much of a prick Sting is, I have loved this band since I was a kid and they all still have it big style. The most incredible power trio in my humble opinion. Out of The Clash, The Smiths and The Police who I regret never seeing, at least 1 out of 3 ain't bad.
