Robert Taub (b. 1955) is an American concert pianist known for his performance of contemporary classical music. He has performed and recorded many of the works of Milton Babbitt, Mel Powell, and Vincent Persichetti.

Taub's debut performance was at Alice Tully Hall in New York City. He has performed at Lincoln Center and Carnegie Hall in New York, as well as throughout the United States, Europe, East and Southeast Asia, and Latin America. He has performed with the Philadelphia Orchestra, and Los Angeles Philharmonic, the San Francisco Symphony, the Montreal Symphony Orchestra, the BBC Philharmonic, and the Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra.

In addition to his performance of contemporary music, he is known for his performances and recordings of the music of Beethoven, Scriabin, Schumann, and Liszt. He has recorded for the Vox, Harmonia Mundi, New World, and CRI labels.

He is a graduate of Princeton University, and completed his doctoral degree at the Juilliard School, where his primary instructor was Jacob Lateiner.
