Hi vismund_cygnus! Great musical taste! I need to check out some of the artists in your library. I'm curious to know what you would think of my friends' band, MANKIND: www.youtube.com/watch?v=bedN-v9QMwc . Cheers from Sweden

WHAT! 0.o Either I was way too drunk or not there, I'm sorry I missed it :( :( We are going, without a doubt, to the tour this September.

are you into Omars solo stuff? MEGARITUAL and DESPAIR just came out. They both rock, Mega is Omars best solo album and Despair is..... scary.

damn.... you're right... but to me Frances The Mute is because I have my own interpretation of the story therefore when i listen to it it IS a rock opera like Tommy... but you're right about de-loused... hey, what about Bedlam... I know nothing but that there are characters and some loose storyline, and all I know about THAT is the story behind the Soothesayer and that there is a character called, "Goliath". But I envision Frances the same way EVERY time.

I actually LISTEN to at least 10 hours of music during the day, but I leave my iTunes playing at night and usually fall asleep so it plays all night, I guess that's why.

Isn't it strange to think of De-Loused, Frances and Bedlam as 'Rock Operas'? Cuz when I think of that term classics like 'The Wall' 'Tommy' and most certainly 'Quadrophenia' come to mind. Even Zappa's 'Joe's Garage'. When I think of MArs Volta albums and the term rock opera then it's like "Woah! That's really weird!". Same with Coheed & Cambria's albums. Cuz if I have it right then De-Loused and Frances are basically rock operas.

I'm ALWAYS listening to music, whether it's on iTunes, iPod, CD Player, or record. But I think that when I first set up my account it took all of my iTunes play counts I had before. I dunno though... I listen to music a lot though. When I'm not everything feels so dull. Oh and I've listened to TMV a lot more than it says |:(I- (that's supposed to be a guy with a mustache, goatee and unibrow)

My personal favorite is Day of the Baphomets, but of course Amp is my fav album... but Cygnus... Vismund Cygnus is definitely my second or third fav. I love the weird names like "Aberlinkula" "Askepios" "Ourobourous" "Tetragrammaton"

"Around the time of Bromst's release, I'll distribute the scores to all the pieces so people can learn how to play them. The goal of this is to add local players who know the parts to the ensemble when I tour." -DD (!!!)
