Thanks, you've got great taste in music. I also like your "About Me", especially the bit: "I listened to various types of music, always looking for something, but never finding it.". Exactly how I felt before I started listening to metal. Cheers!

Ah, I'm glad you like it so much! I have been having trouble getting into it. There's songs I like, but as a whole I've been unable to either swallow it or really become fascinated by it. It might be me, but the solos are really getting to me... they seem more forced (or obligatory) than organic. And I agree totally... (Edge of Forever!!) that it's so hard to top those older highlights (which is usually the case). But I must also admit that I am really critical of new albums by bands I already adore... (Kamelot and Nevermore are recent examples that disappointed me...) I don't want to be a pessimist though... I really want to be blown away!

Thanks for the add Chrissi! :D Out of the Australian bands that I have heard yet - Psycropic, Orpheus and Be'lakor top the list. Do you know any other good bands that are worth listening to?

What can i say about Pain of Salvation? They are my favourite band, I love Remedy Lane, Be, The perfect element, Entropia...one day I hope to see them live... Gildenlöw Daniel is a genius, one of the best music and lyrics composers I've ever heard (as Chuck Schuldiner mastermind of Death and Control Denied...) Obscura remind me some bands that I love (Death, Cynic)...I look forward to the release date of their new album...Cosmogenesis is a masterpiece technical death metal! I thank you for accepting my request of friendship, for me it's a pleasure to meet and talk with people who love music, in particular metal and progressive Have a good day ^_^

Hey, since you love Ark so much, have you checked out Conception? Tore Otsby rules all.

Hey, you too. Lots of good bands you have on here. You must love Symphony X. I bought their album The Odyssey, it's one of my favorites, next to Lost Paradise.

Oh, is that so? Sweet. :D I would very much like to go see any of those for as well... Perhaps minus Megadeath. (Not because I dislike them, but because I haven't listened to them much at all. Wouldn't say no, but I'm not exactly a huge fan.) But damn. You're pretty hardcore, aren't you? I've only been at one music festival in my life, and that was local. You're traveling across the world to see some bands play? Damn. That must be quite awesome! And yeah... I love Cynic. I do have around 400 plays with them. Would probably have a lot more if they had more albums. But yeah, quality stuff, for sure. Can't wait for a proper next album... whenever they will produce one. On that note, I am disappointed that they chose to make Re-Traced instead of new material. It is good, but I would much prefer a whole new album. Oh well. At least that album had one all-new song. Or well, not NEW, but previously unreleased. Have a nice day. =)

Your... high levels of happiness makes me happy. You seem like such a positive person. Cute. <3 Anyway, I'll be sure to check all of those bands out. And I hope you find something new which you like in my charts. Watch out for the large amounts of extreme metal though. :P As for what bands are touring my country soon, I have absolutely no idea. I'm not very up-to-date with such info, mainly because I lack the money to go see any anyway. As of now, at least. I AM going to go see Volbeat in October, though! You might not be familiar with them, and you may very well not like them... They play this weird-but-original brand of rockabilly-influenced metal. Total niche thing. ;) I'm down with it, though. Totally looking forward to that concert. What sweetness is heading your way? :D
