Firstly I love music, which is an obvious reason to be here, I'm very big on live music, there's something about the atmosphere created at live gigs which I find quite addicting.

My tastes in music are largely rooted in metal, with the love affair beginning with the over the top cheesy goodness of power metal though these days I'm much more into my melodic death & doom. In recent years I've also gotten a taste for post-rock, the feeling of a live show by bands such as Sleepmakeswaves, Mushroom Giant & Meniscus are a veritable attack on the senses I can't seem to get enough of.

Aside from the aforementioned I'm also into my experimental/prog rock, some classical/orchestral & a bit of blues thrown in for good measure.

My charts don't fully reflect my musical history as it were due to it only being during September 09 when I finally gave into the corporate juggernaut that is Apple & got myself an iPhone so until then a lot of the music I listen to when I'm away from my computer never made it here, though in time my charts will right themselves.

I used to play guitar for many years but sadly never seem to find the time for it anymore. Currently I work in the motorcycle industry & have plans to continue my studies in business at either university or TAFE in the not too distant future.

Apart from all that there's really not much left to say...
