Downloading the new apologies, i have none album on your word. I think I listened to one of their EP's a while back, but it just went on the back burner. I didn't like gaslight at all when I first listened, but having friends who are deeply into them kinda helped it out.

I haven't been able to find a link :( but, I've streamed a couple tracks that seem fantastic, gonna be a great summer album I think, i guess i'm waiting til it comes out officially to buy it digitally unless I find a link. aoty for me is probably the menzingers, followed behind a three way tie of sharks, japandroids, and joyce manor. Also... against me's album is shaping up very well, the demos are fantastic, I like the demos better than any of their albums since searching for a former clarity, gaslight anthem, sundowner, and titus andronicus also have albums coming out this year still.. good year for music haha.

It's 3:55am in Toronto, Canada and I just finished my first play through of the album... Judging by how much I enjoy this EP I assume I'll be in bed around 7am... gonna be on repeat for a while.

Ahhh, I don't write for the org. I'm just a commenter/daily viewer. I just love the site so much I have it on my page. It's my internet homepage and where I get most of my news about tours/releases/ect. I've never really been into Streetlight or ska that much in general, just a few songs by reel big fish/early flatliners/goldfinger. I'm definitely gonna spin the album "a better place" is off to check it out.

I refuse to believe there is a better song in the entire world than "nothing can kill the grimace", I am eagerly anticipating that release!!! Daytrader, and Matt Skiba (of Alkaline Trio) also have releases out the same day. I'm on the edge of my seat for them haha

I'm just starting to really get into The Lawrence Arms (& associated acts) now. My friend bought us tickets to see them with The Flatliners and The Menzingers in a week or two so I'm trying to really get into them before the show haha. and yeah, Joyce Manor is full of great guys, that's the lead singer with me in my photo. Check out Brendan Kelly's blog, it is the funniest org-core blog I've ever seen. http://badsandwichchronicles.net/

I saw your post on the lawrence arm's page saying you're starting to like Chris more, so I came to tell you about Sundowner and it seems you're already currently listening haha. Great taste, Chris is a legend and "What Beadie Said" is a god-like song.

I fully approve of the rap albums, man. Also, Tool is probably my biggest guilty pleasure. I actually have so so so much more Streetlight plays than that, mostly because I keep the CDs in my car... But CDs don't scrobble. Don't read a girl by her last.fm ;D

While we don't have too much in common, I'd just like to tell you that that is one beautiful set of top two overall albums.

I sure have thanks to festivals and my favourite bands willing to play local to me. Nice taste! I saw Streetlight Manifesto last week, they were brilliant as expected. Have you seen them?
