I'm glad you liked it, sir. Definitely better than their debut, don't get me wrong, their debut is decent but it's less complex, more straightforward, less unique and interesting than their later stuff. You'll definitely like "American Don" - there's only one guitar performing on that album, but Ian Williams is a genius so he makes it sound like two guitars. Very innovative guitar work!

You're welcome. Sorry for the delayed response. Have you checked out those Don Caballero albums? If so, I hope you've enjoyed them!

You definitely should, I think that their music is kinda addictive. Very complex, fascinating and unique. Check out their albums "American Don" and "What Burns Never Returns" their best two albums, imo.

Oh, most certainly! I associate Pavement and Stephen Malkmus with you because I know how big of a fan you are. I'm only on my second listen of this new album, but I love it already! Also, I noticed you've been listening to Unwound. They're one of those bands I've been interested in getting into for quite some time.

Oh, cool! Thanks. I can't wait to give them a listen. Yes, as a matter of fact, I have. So far, I've seen Mulholland Drive, Blue Velvet, Lost Highway, Twin Peaks (favorite), and Wild at Heart. I REALLY want to see Eraserhead.

I am doing quite well. Just working and listening to music in my spare time, of course. How are you? Bee Thousand and Alien Lanes are my favorites, too. I haven't listened to GBV in a really long time- this needs to change. They have such a massive discography that I wasn't sure what other albums of theirs I should check out.

Do not know why, but I like to look at your profile. I hope Stephen Malkmus don't be responsible for this. Hehehe xD

They are great! Like a lot of brazilian music, but there are things that can not hear. I think you'll like this song (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d5TL8hSC7g4), I promise that's the last song that I send. Hahaha. Now it's up to you! Australian Blonde looks cool, what is your favorite album of them?

Nice top artists JoannadD! And @novemberain27, I'm partial to AT&T from Wowee Zowee. To me, it's a perfect combination of Malkmus lyrics, to the numerous guitar lines buried deep in the mix that you don't seem to notice the first few times—listen to just the guitar next time in that song, it's wonderful. Sorry to take up so much space in your shoutbox Diego haha, cheers!

hey man, wowee zowee is turning out to be such a gem, thanks! ...absolute slacker & one of the coolest albums i can think of, my personal favorite still remains slanted and enchanted. although i'm still to play it at full stretch start to finish, i've gotten hooked to many songs - gangsters & pranksters, kris kraft, grave architecture, mussle rock, sordid & sentinel, kennel district.. (my personal gauge being 3 songs/single cd and 5songs/2xcd to call it a good album..so i can already call it a brilliant album haha). tks again for the recommendation, cheers.
