Thanks for the translations! I will check out your recommendation soon, too. What do you do there, Tadas, do you study? If so, I hope you're having a fun spring break.

I like "Auka seniems Dievams" the best. There is something about Obtest's sound. It's very melancholy. Thanks for enlightening me on the lyrical content, I always wondered what the words were about. Is that how you properly capitalize the album title in Lithuanian, "Auka seniems Dievams"? I'm pretty particular about tagging my albums, and I'm not sure how title case works in this case. Why is "seniems" lower-case, is it a preposition? And about ze girls, there can be only one solution: I'll just have to come to Vilnius and find out. I wonder if Lithuanian is hard to learn...

I know Obtest are from Lithuania, of course! They rule. I haven't had a chance to really listen to the last album, even though I have it. Now, lemme ask you something. In Germany I had this Lithuanian friend who would constantly go on and on about how Lithuania had the best-looking girls in Europe, and how if you go to a campus there, every girl looks like a supermodel, etc. I would have normally chalked this up to good old-fashioned national pride (nothin' wrong with that!) but this dude really went on about it at length. So, now I have this vision of Lithuania in my mind as some kind of hidden Utopia of female beauty. Tell me... is this true...?

lol "Music you have in common includes Týr, Obtest, Alestorm, Turisas and Rednex." That Rednex at the very end, after those other bands, is one of the funniest things I've seen on here. :) Oh, and Obtest fucking RULES.
