Biography
There are at least two bands with the name.
1. German experimental "noise rock" band from the early 90s.
Started as a counterpart to 7 MINUTES OF NAUSEA in 1990.
After Mick Hollows had left Europe in 1991, the instrumental trio continued in 1991 with a new line-up.
Now the main sound extremists Matthias Weigand (bass) and Achim Friederich (guitar) started their challenge to work with different drummers.
The improvised sound collages had been influenced by early industrial, noise and also ambient and krautrock.
These soundscapes anticipated what was later called drone doom.
E.O.S. - dark, loud, spheric.
2. End Of Silence is an alternative rock band based out of Toledo, Ohio that formed in December of 2007. Their first show was at the Extravaganza talent show at Whitmer High School where they received a great acceptance from the audience. Since then, they've played frequent shows at local venues such as Rick's Music Cafe and Rok Bar. Future performances include Headliners and hopefully an upcoming tour.
