Biography
There are at least two artists called Elipsa
1) A drum and bass producer/DJ
2) A Polish band
1) Elipsa, real name Molly Foster, is a drum and bass producer and vocalist from Somerset, England, based in New Zealand. She has provided vocals for artists such as Grafix, Annix, and Fairfields whilst also producing original works for labels such as UKF.
Foster started learning to produce in her bedroom in 2018 and posted her creations on Soundcloud. Eventually, an old friend got in contact, needing vocals for his drum and bass track. These collaborations with local drum and bass producers snowballed from then, as it turned out there weren’t a lot of drum and bass vocalists in the scene at that time. Eventually, the award-winning vocalist and MC Tali became Foster's manager and kick started Fosters career in the music industry.

2) ELIPSA, because it's not the ideal circle. Still, it joins dismantled routing lines in a meaningful whole. Elipsa links vague ovals of pop, funky, rock and trip hop. Vague, as the unusual vocal/flute duets, a pinch of vintage and specific compositions make impossible to create a piece which could be clearly determined by any music genre. 'Fusion of melodic euphoria', so they call their music, as it is the melody in music and lyrics which does matter to them. Harmony and chaos, a bit of melancholy combined with maniac joy, female Ying and male Yang, all is generated by: Anika Baczynska - vocal; Iw Grenda - flute; Marek Baczynski - guitar; Rafal Cichacki - keyboards, loopy; Andrzej Bucholc - bass guitar; Daniel Husak - drums.
