Captain Graveyard is a fresh slice of talent that strikes to the previous era of electronic infused metalcore. Captain Graveyard knows their demographic with their music and embrace it full force. The trio mixes the old electronic style that once ran rampant throughout the music scene in the mid 2000s and fuses it with today’s modern element.
Coming straight out of their basement, the Dutch/Scandinavian trio has already picked up notable press coverage from New Fury Media, Metal Noise, Insane Blog, and Stereo Stickman - the latter of which dubbed the cover as a "stunning start".
Given that the trio is pretty much a brand new act, one can expect original material in the near future as well. Working with Norwegian producer Emil Bringsli Productions has also seen the band gain early attention.
With a burgeoning audience that's ready for new music, 2020 is bound to be a big year for the young band. The question is, will you be paying attention? With a sound that borrows from the greats while also formulating their own identity, the sky is the limit.
