There are several artists with this name:
1) An up and coming rapper from Miami, FL. Vatic has been dropping tracks on Souncloud since 2014. He frequently collabs with childhood friends and producers TrellGotWings and MachtheShaman. Although his music varies in style, Vatic's signature style is autotuned melodies over relaxed instrumentals, generally produced by the formerly mentioned producers.
Vatic recently released a new EP titled Help Leonardo He's Dying on Spotify and Apple Music in 2017.

2) A five piece hard rock outfit from West Chester, PA. Vatic was formed in 2003 from a core of local musicians that have been playing together, in and out of different projects, for the last decade. They produce energetic rock that is remenisce of the great grunge bands of the 90s, yet has a modern and fresh sound that can only be described as "the middle of next week".
The last two years have seen the members of Vatic merge into a stable unit of musicians, more than the sum of it's parts. Underground, honing thier songs and performances, they have been preparing to play shows. Determined to set themselves apart from other bands, the band has declined to play many shows, instead focusing on writing and recording. Vatic has discarded more songs than they have kept, leaving only the best material to be showcased live.
