Biography

Vardis were a NWOBHM / Power Trio (1977 – 1986) from Wakefield, consisting of Steve Zodiac on guitar and lead vocals, Alan Selway on bass and Gary Pearson on drums.

Vardis has been cited as an influence on Metallica.
