The first rock band to ever play for a dance in Stadium High School, The Galaxies became one of the house bands at the Red Carpet Teenage Nightclub in Tacoma, and went on to record for Etiquette Records and Jerden Records. The Galaxies performed throughout the Northwest from 1962 until 1968.
