The Brazierlights In The Window is a / band formed at Kastanievej Efterskole, Copenhagen, Denmark in 2008. The lineup consists of Anton Rank and Perry MacLeod Jensen.

TBITW are playing music, with references to My Bloody Valentine, Animal Collective, Atlas Sound, Yo La Tengo, Beck & A Place to Bury Strangers.

The band released their first EP A Man With A Big Fat Dick june 2008, just around one month after forming the band.

5 months later at the 1st of December 2008, the duo released the Christmas EP Christmas Prom In Christmas Land.

The first EP’s was very and was recorded and mixed in just a few days. Because of what the band tought was a poor result, TBITW decided to be more serious about their music, and spend more time to record their next albums. The next TBITW release was the full length album All I Need… which was recorded in the period: December 2008 till July 2009. The sound was more electronic, and based on computer made sounds.

After the “All I Need…” release the band continued to record new material, and caused by playing some gigs in the start of February 2010 they decided to release some of the material as a new EP called Spring Release. The EP was released at the 22nd of February 2010 at Kill Mommy Records.

As a lead up to an upcoming album they released the EP Break in may 2013.
