Töj & Böj (Stretch & Bend) is a Swedish band consisting of Jonas Ahlgren, Jalmar Staaf (former member of Ridis) and Jenny Mattsson. (All born in 1974-75). The three members met in the 1990s. Having found out that there tended to be a lot of spontanous singing every time they got together, they finally decided to form a band in 2005. This was on a trip to Barcelona, where the songs "Gotland" and "Estland" were written.
