Susan Jacks (born Susan Pesklevits in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, 19 August 1948; died 25 April 2022) was a Canadian singer-songwriter and record producer. Jacks was one-half of the duo The Poppy Family, which had a number of hits in the late 1960s and early 1970s. She was married at the time to Terry Jacks. Jacks was inducted into the BC Entertainment Hall of Fame on 27 June 2010. Her album Dream, originally released in 1976, but abruptly removed from the market, was re-released in 2015.
