Biography

Oli Brown (born 23 May 1989) is a British blues singer-songwriter. He was signed to the German blues label Ruf Records in January 2008. He released his debut album Open Road in July 2008 to good reviews.
Oli’s second album, Heads I Win Tails You Lose, was released in 2010 and was produced by Mike Vernon. In the same year, Brown made his debut at the Glastonbury Festival.

April 2012 he released his third album entitled Here I Am which received good reviews and was #1 blues album on Amazon for a couple of days.

Classic Rock magazine voted Heads I Win Tails You Lose the #3 blues album of 2010. Mojo voted it the #4 blues album of 2010.

At the 2010 British Blues Awards, Brown was named ‘Best Male Vocalist’ and ‘Best Young Artist’.
At the 2011 British Blues Awards, Oli won for ‘Best Band’ and ‘Best Album’ for Heads I Win Tails You Lose.

    MESSAGE FROM OLI BROWN..3/8/11 Do not want to stop touring! Thanks to all that's been involved in this tour of Canada and America! A big thanks to Entourage for setting us up the tour also to Graham, Golly and Ruf for the work they've done. A huge thanks also goes to Kevin and Heather for putting up with some shocking humour. Most of all, a huge thanks to everyone who's been at these gigs. It's been an amazing tour and a pleasure to share it with Wayne and Ron. Thanks folks.     A brilliant talent, saw his band last year at a really small venue in Oxford, seriously impressed, one of the most accomplished guitar performances i've ever seen. It was awesome to see in such a small venue as well, although, it's music that deserves to be in much bigger ones, good stuff!
