Biography
After writing and performing songs as singer songwriter, Fanny Bartels started recording her own tracks and beats. Flipping her first name around, she understood it was time to go out and explore the world of performing electronic music. NY Fan was born.
While living in Melbourne she started writing and producing tracks together with DJ/Producer Harris Robotis and formed the live electro-band We Are Fans. In 2010 it resulted in the release of the highly succesfull EP Inferno on Melbourne based label Jupiter Clique.
This winter she will make her solo-appearance in venues with the full NY Fan electro set with band. Expect vintage synthesizers and hypnotizing vocals.
