Biography

There are at least four bands called “Loss”:

1. A Death/Doom Metal band from Nashville, TN, USA. Almost funeral doom like at times, and atmospheric at others.

2. A Swedish Death Metal band. In 2001, they released an album called “Verdict of Posterity”, which contains 8 songs.

3. a one-man industrial/noise/dark ambient act from Rhode Island.

4. An unsigned Death/Thrash Metal/Hardcore in New Jersy, USA, that has released a couple of demos.

    Fuck all who call Loss (TN) a funeral doom band. Modern generation of doomsters is completely uneducated! Loss is death doom for crying out loud!! Where the fuck y'all find funeral doom here?? Despond has some awesome death doom riffs and generic but still beautiful death doom melodies. Stupid brats!

    I've been Loss's (Nashville) biggest supporter and fan since they began. Mike keeps treating me like shit everytime he goes into one of his depressions, and I'm through kissing his ass. Fuck you Mike, everyone else in the band is cool. He acts like a teenage girl on facebook deleting and blocking people everytime he gets 'sad'. Grow up, you spoiled rich brat.
