Little Frankie is a 60s British pop singer. She released a few singles during this time including "Happy, That's Me" and a cover of the Raindrops' song "The Kind of Boy You Can't Forget." She is most famous for her work with the groups The Chimes and The Country Gentlemen and for being the first girl singer to work with the Manchester songwriter Graham Gouldman, who went on to be a member of the 70s band 10cc. Gouldman was both the writer and producer of "Happy, That's Me."
